Quick Settlement Checklist
Schedule the settlement date and time through your real estate agent.

  • Satisfy any remaining lender requirements necessary for final loan approval.
  • Obtain and provide a hazard insurance policy acceptable to your lender (this is not applicable for condominiums; the lender will obtain the master insurance policy from the insurance carrier of the condominium building).
  • Transfer all utilities in your name as of the date of the settlement.
  • Bring a government issued photo identification to settlement as well as a certified or cashier's check payable to Heritage Title.
