In order to complete the settlement process, Heritage Title, with the help of our Central Post Closing Center, will record the deed and deed of trust in the land records at the County Courthouse, issue the title insurance policies, send the signed loan documents back to the lender, disburse all monies to third party vendors and all other necessary things to finalize the process.

Within a few months of settlement, you will receive your original recorded deed. Be sure to keep the deed, your title insurance policy and settlement statement in a safe place for future reference. Congratulations on your purchase!
